4. Be Obedient: If God reveals something to you, trust Him and act on it, even if it feels uncomfortable.
5. Pray for Discernment: Ask the Holy Spirit to help you distinguish between your own thoughts and His voice.

A Personal Story

Once, a woman operating in this gift attempted to push me to respond in a specific way. She believed that if I truly received the word, I would fall under the power of the Spirit. When I didn’t, she kept pushing—literally! I had to politely remind her that if God wanted me to fall, He didn’t need her help. This experience reinforced my disdain for hype and the importance of letting God work authentically.
